Outbound Webhooks
Outbound webhooks let Navigic send product events to an endpoint you control.
This surface is for teams that need event delivery into their own support, analytics, or operations systems.
What Webhooks Provide
Webhook setup may include:
- Endpoint URL.
- Signing secret.
- Test delivery.
- Delivery log.
- Disabled or active status.
Signing
Use webhook signatures to verify that a delivery came from Navigic. Store the signing secret securely and rotate it if it is exposed.
Delivery Logs
Use delivery logs to troubleshoot endpoint failures, retries, and response codes.
Availability
Outbound webhooks are an operational integration surface. If you do not see webhook settings in your dashboard, the feature is not enabled for your workspace yet.
