Argo can start in local mode without account sign-in, so the Mac app remains the default place to begin.

Install the signed, notarized Mac app for a local-first AI workspace that can carry active work across days.
Current version: latest stable release. The signed installer is resolved by the download route after account access is checked.
Install
Install from the DMG
- Download the latest Argo DMG.
- Open the DMG from your Downloads folder.
- Drag Argo into Applications.
- Launch Argo from Applications.

Sign in to enable product updates, Online runtime access, and native companion flows tied to your account.

iPhone access
When using Mac-hosted access from iPhone, your Mac needs to be awake, running Argo, and configured for access.
Trust
Signed and notarized
Stable public builds are signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple so macOS can verify the app before first launch.
Updates
Move Argo to Applications
If updates fail, make sure Argo is not running from the mounted DMG, Downloads, or another read-only location. Quit Argo, drag it into Applications, then launch it from there and check again.
